Question Rumors about Animal Crossing 2 and PokeMon Stadium 3/4

Quote:
Animal 'Forest 2' (tentative title) will feature a completely new engine. A majority of the original team started working on the sequel right before the end of 2001 (the gc installment and American deluxed version was done by 2 of the AF programers). Some of the major outline changes include ; wide variety of environments ; online interactivity ; cooperative gameplay (?) , multi-engine gameplay. Nintendo hopes to release the game by the end of the year in Japan. Odds are it will be premiered after E3.

Meowth's Party was one of the mini-games found in Pichu Brothers: Party Panic. Nintendo was planning to release this Pokemon themed-party game last Fall. Something must have fallen apart and caused the title to be canceled as Nintendo has elected to go with another Stadium installment instead. Some of the mini-games will likely be included in Pokemon Stadium 4 as well as some type of virtual museum and some very exciting linking features (?).
This is taken from a poster at the gaming-age forums by the name of EAD Ninja who has been pretty accurate in the past.
