It just monitors what you do, possibly logs it. Likely sends it back to Kazaa. Most spyware is nothing bad, more or less for the company to get user information. Some of it is used by law enforcement, like the logs Windows makes. Don't see why people have it so much, your ISP logs everything you do too. If the government wants to bust you, they can.
