I have NO CLUE why I even thought about this, but does anybody remember this saying? I forget who said it, but I think it was either like a moderator saying it as a joke, or a stupid newbie saying it as an actual reply. Oh, I think this was in the GCN Forum.... And somebody made a thread about new pics of Zelda or Mario or something.... And then some replied, saying, "That rocks my peepee hard!!"
