Yes, dblns are a sort of currency used here (I know it sounds idiotic at first, but it's actually a pretty neat idea). They can be used to get custom ranks, entry into the Black Project forum, etc. By the way, what do you mean by "The answer is Am American Werewolf in London"? I like didn't ask a question.
