Games, by far. Xbox lacks really great games, they gt a few, but not enough to make me happy.
Here's the few I would recommend:
World Series Baseball
MotoGP
Outlaw Golf
JSRF
Halo (Love or hate game. Rent first)
Morrowind (If your PC can't handle it)
Those are all exclusives, if you don't have any of these on other systems, they are good games:

I've also heard good things about Rallisport. Anyway, my Xbox is basically my Sega box. I mean, they ripped off the DC controller, so it could almost be my next DC (just not as good)
But look to the future, that's why you would get an Xbox:
