What Serial Port 2 will likely be?

I haven't checked elsewhere to see if it is offical but I saw this on GamecubeXL about a new game PSO Card Battle.

Instrestingly, the game may use the recently discusses feature for the GameCube of connecting multiple GC's, with portable screens on each, for multiplayer gameplay.
If someone knows of the site saying about the multiple GC connect, post it since I want to know how it will work. And if my prediction is true about Serial Port 2 being a thing to connect multiple GC's then that is good since that is the only other thing I could think of as to what SP2 could be.
