US patent law was built by lawyers who want to be able to continually sue over infringement.

Even though it's a disgustingly filthy tactic - you've got to hand it to them for creating a renewable industry for themselves to endlessly profit from between each other.



I'd laugh if it gets banned - it totally won't, but the prospect of it happening is funny enough for me. I wonder how many little/teenage boys are anger-posting online about it riiiiiiight now.
