Man, I now have hope in the future of online shopping. I ordered Soldeir of Fortune II from EBgames cause they were offering a free copy of Soldier of Fortune Platinum with it. Well it came today in the mail, no copy of Soldier of Fortune Platinum

It said on the shipping slip it sent both, but I only got SOF2.
Well I emailed EBgames' customer service, then went to GT, read one message, and checked my email again. I got a new message from EBgames, no big deal, just the email saying "We got your email, please give us 3 years to get back to you."
But low and behold, they got my message, and have sent me my bonus CD, and apologized for it. All within a matter of 5 minutes or less. Now come on, can online customer service get any better than that? It would take me longer to call the toll-free number and press buttons until I get to talk with a representetive.
Shameless plug for EBgames? Yep, but they deserve it. Now if only other companies would catch on...
