GT's Most Embarrassing Gaming Moments

Well I am here to pose a question for you guys here on GT.

What is your most embarrassing gaming moment?

This could be anything from dying on the first Goomba in Super Mario Bros., to falling in a pit, blowing yourself up, or being in a Smash tournament and losing because your opponent kept spamming the gun attack for the final kill (AHEM I'm looking at you, you know who you are).

I'll start!

I was playing the single-player campaign for Uncharted 2 on Crushing difficulty, and I was running around with my trusty pistol and M32 Hammer in the Tibetan monastery. I thought for a second I was still holding a shotgun that I had on me not a few moments before, and I blindfired two grenades into someone that was literally right in front of me, killing me at the same time.
