should i get an old dreamcast or a psp?

pirating is an awful thing i would never do obviously
but regardless of that
psp has a lot of old playstation games i enjoy going for it, but it seems like dreamcast has a big nostalgia factor for me (with stuff like sonic adventure, jet set radio, power stone, etc.)
did dreamcast have a decent amount of rpg/timewasters on it to warrant buying one? or should i play it safe in the ridiculous playstation library?
