The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Released just over 10 years ago now, In my opinion, this game was and still is the best ever. The complete package that was OOT has never been surpassed, and I doubt ever will be. This is I believe the only game to ever make my cry, the gameplay and difficulty were absolutley perfect, not to mention technically groundbreaking for the time. Its the adventure game that all others should look to for inspiration. I went back and played through it again not too long ago and it still stands tall today.
