Depends how you define the market. The PSP itself is selling decently in territories other than Japan. However, software sales for the thing are miserable compared to the DS. So the PSP is somehow selling all right. Just not as a game machine in comparison to the DS.

Just so we're all clear, the PSP is a media handheld, so to call it solely a gaming handheld in comparison to the DS would be unjustified. Since SONY clearly stated it to be a multimedia handheld
