I've been going to bed around 3:00-3:30 and getting up around 10:00-11:00 which equates to around 7-8 hours. Not enough for a 19 year-old. Dyne, how much sleep should 19 year-olds like you and me get? Anyway, today was the first day back at school, so I'll have to change my sleeping habits.
