Sony can pull money out of their ass from many different ways (ie: Stereos, TVs, etc..) whereas Nintendo basically only has the videogame market. But also before Null comes to say otherwise, Nintendo has branched out to some other areas but its not enough to really matter.

It's not about how much money a company has, it's how they spend the money. And if you assume "only the videogame market" is a low source of income, perhaps you don't show much faith in Nintendo's profits.
