Rules for CCCT HALO 2

Yo, this is DancingFigtherG. Hello everyone, I'm in charge of the Colorado Cutthroat Console Tournament which is taken place April 8,9 at the Univerisity of Colorado in Colorado Springs. I need some help from some hardcore HALO 2 players on the rules, weapons, etc that should be setup for this year's CCCT. I would like the stages to be limited to smaller stages that don't need vehicles but othe than that I an open to whatever fight that will be competitive, fun and balance for everyone.
