Yeah, I've had no problems with mine ever. But I ordered one anyway

You know, I had some major issues getting my serial number. The black ink they used rubs right off so the last 5 digits of my SN was illegible. I had to call their hotline and play with the automated voice for ten minutes before I figured out how to get to a live representative. But after that it was smooth sailing, Cindy was very helpful
