I did Karate 3 times a week, and played Dance Dance Revolution a lot on Heavy mode. As well, I stopped eating huge bowls of cereal, I only ate a powerbar for lunch, and had smaller portions at dinner. Natural's the only way to go. I can't believe some people use pills for weight loss.
