I'm at 185 now. I'm losing lots of fat and keeping all my muscle. I definitely don't have the arms I used to, though.

The problem with being heavy and muscular is that pushups are harder to do. Once I weighed less than 200, I was doing pushups extremely easily. At 255 it was hard even with my pipes the size they were.
