Tournaments are a really cool idea, but you need space for that. You could rent a bigger place for just those few days.
Have import games! You need the standard game-store collection, PLUS extra stuff. Used games are a really good idea, but please don't try to make TOO much profit on that.
A woman in my home town started a little shop (went bankrupt

Merchandise would be awesome!
Try to give out free stickers and stuff, I got a Majora's Mask sticker at that womans shop.
