Really you're fine if you just run away from them, if you want to you can smack them with the pipe once to delay them (or a few more times to knock them down), the only reaaaaally annoying ones worth pinning down (or that you have to pin down) were Cynthia in the subway, and the fat guy in the water tower (because he has a key)... Use the two silver bullets on them and it's a piece of cake...

God dammit! She was WAY to annoying. As a matter of fact very enemy was annoying. I couldn't peacefully solve the puzzles.
