And not to push it too much, but i could be that new blood. I need the experience, and if i do a bad job, i can just be fired, correct? I mean, I am here more than anyone else, so whats the harm?

I just pretty much want it for the sense of purpose, and knowing that im actually important. Plus i feel i would take well to, and like the responsibility.

I know there are others who are ahead of me because seignority obviously rules here, but still, it would be nice if i got selected.

(Um, when will we know who is selected, and when?)
