Rank 4 and Rank 5.. what level should I be?

For rank 4, with full alliance, I think about lvl 27-30 should do. Full party, probably 37-40 if you're careful and know where you're going. I breezed through it with two lvl 50 people helping.

For rank 5, with full alliance, 35. Full party, about 42-45. I did it when I was lvl 40, with three people helping, lvl 52, lvl 54, and lvl 50. Easy.
