Your problem is so easy to fix. but you dont answer any questions about it, and expect to get an answer.

I was trying to answer your questions, but I guess I'm just ignorant when it comes to specifics on computers. And also..I don't know why, but I could not press down the reset button on the router. Thank you for your help though.
