*hypothetical question* what would you do?

okay. here it is:
a kid in a class of yours(high school people) is pretty much a pain in the arse. this person's always been a pest. one day, the person gets on your nerves. after class, the teacher says to you that he/ she personally wants to see you put the person in line.(ala w/ your fists) what would you do? would you do that immeadiately, and take the risk of getting suspended? sneak the person in the halls for all to see? or, take it up w/ the administration, or just keep brushing off the bull**** the person's giving out? or something else? what would you do?

personally, I'd trick the person or embarass them horribly...
