Wheres a good place to level up in ff5?

i havent played FF5 in almost a year.....i think i left off after you have to destroy that tower thing when you get the submarine....something like that.

Hey I think the ROM had some error because I've been searching for hours in that ship to find an exit!

ROMs can sometimes screw up, also, since this game was not released outside of Japan on SNES, you were probably playing a hacked version, which is why it may cause to screw up like that.
