Shenmue is an awesome game but it's not really a series... I mean, there has only been one. Shenmue 2 will come out soon and then I will consider it a series.
Also, I like the "Tales" series from Namco. Their battle system is one of the best I've seen.

Not to be nit-picky, but Shenmue 2 was released in Japan and Europe for the Dreamcast a long time ago.

Yeah, I imported it from Europe so I've played both. And BTW Shenmue II makes Shenmue I look like dog **** (even tough the first was great)...

Haha, this time you Americans have to import it from Europe!
If you want Doshin the Giant, you'll also have to import it from us...

Best series ever: The AKI wrestling series on N64, including WCW vs nWo: World Tour, WCW Revenge, WWF Wrestlemania 2000, and WWF no mercy.
Imy next favourite is the DKC series on SNES, I also like the Battletoads series, EA's NHL series, and Super Monkey Ball if that counts as a series yet.

Probably not because it's on AU's release list. I'm sure we'll get it, since it's such a good game. It will sell like hot babes!
