What is Your Proudest Gaming Moment?
Since so few people are willing to admit they aren't perfect in video games, I thought it may be easier to list your great feats.
There are a few I can think of, but only one that really stands the test of time.
But shall start off basic with getting all 120 stars in Super Mario Galaxy. Not that it was tough, but finally beating Luigi's Purple Coins. And some of those no hit bosses.
Beating the Prologue on Call of Duty 4 on veteran difficulty. All the enemies are very hard, you can only take minimal amounts of damage before you die, you only have 1 minute to beat it, and you HAVE to shoot the last bad guy with the hostage in the head or it will reset you.
Well, I dont know if you guys know your arcade games but I was playing Initial D 3. I was using a Silvia S14 and my challenger an RX8, racing on Akagi, (his choice, I dont fish). He was leading from the get-go, but at the dreaded V-turn, I passed him on the inside, everyone was stunned, and then cheers arose, and heads turned to see me and my victory over this guy... It was... amazing... you had to be there
Mine would probably be on Perfect Dark, the original N64 one.
My brother and I used to play against each other in multiplayer, with some of the highest difficulty sims on each of our team.
I was using the shotgun where the secondary fire option fired two shots in super fast succession. I came around a corner and ran right into my brother and one of his sims. I hit the secondary fire, got a headshot on the sim, then flicked the joy stick fast enough so that the second shot was a headshot on my brother.
Other than that, beating MW2 on veteran was pretty cool.

Playing L4D2 while a bit drunk right after I got it. Playing versus with some random people and a tank showed up. I started attacking it assuming my teammates were, when I looked around I realized they had abandoned me and it was just me and the tank. I kept on fighting him and got him to the point where he was running from me while I chased and melee'd him. Just as he is about to climb over a fence and get away I strike the killing blow.

Had a lot of moments in FFXI, that was one really hard MMORPG.

Setting the world record on Valencia in MotoGP Online Demo. Wasn't my first record, but it was the first one everyone could see sitting on the top of the leaderboards.
When I was little me and my brother were playing NHL 94 for Sega, and we wanted to see how high we could run the score. So I pulled my goalie, we set it to 20 minute periods, and every time one of us got the puck we'd put it in the net.
The goals went up to 200 until the game decided to randomly substitute in symbols for numbers. I think the final score was something like #&5 to 0.

Going 22 and 4 the other night in Hardcore team Deathmatch on Highrise while slightly drunk and it was my birthday. I retired from MW2 that night. However after I sobered up I wanted to play more so I went back to being really bad at the game. Maybe I need to drink when I play it?

I haven't answered my own thread, go figure.
My proudest moment isn't really a moment but a series of events, known as the Streak. As I went 7 months, undefeated in Mario Tennis. Well over 100 wins (stopped counting because no one wanted to be THAT number) and over a dozen different opponents. Such good times.
Until that damn day when I lost... in front of like 6 friends... before I made it back to my room, I had a ton of reminders.

Going 40 and 0 in Berlin map BF1942. I was medic and just gunned up 40 kills with the thompson. It was a clan game with full rosters. That was back in 2003/04. I took a screenshot of the final score and posted it on agb but nobody cared.
Mine would probably be getting the Big Boss rank on MGS4, for beating it with no alerts, no kills, no deaths, no continues, no recovery items, all in under 5 hours and on the highest difficulty(The Boss Extreme). Yeah, that was tough.
