New Header & Avatar Size Limit

Dyne, I don't know if you want the original header or the original images Teuthida used, but here's the original header:

I'm trying to upload a new avatar and it says I can't upload animated pictorbs...
Don't work when I link it to my webspace, either...
But... Other folks have them! *points to germanator*

Was he some sort of special animated gif winnar, is this some form of glitch, or does the freedom to upload animated gifs as avatars no longer exist?

You should be able to upload a gif as your avatar.

As you can probably see, I tooled around with the header last night. Any suggestions on logo slogans? I just went with GI Joe.
