Banner Exchange

I'm trying this banner exchange for a week or two to generate some more traffic.

I also tidied up the forums a little.

The cleanup is ace. The banner is ugly.

The banner more than doubles loading times for me... But hey, I'm just a humble visitor here.

I also noticed a slight increase in my load time as well. If it's going to negatively affect all of our load times then it's not worth it.

I'm going to try submitting the site to some search engines instead.
