ok, i'm makin a website to host for my rp, maybe a forum website, if anyone knows any free webpage makers that would really help out, if not, then i'll jus do sumthin else

They ban all the newb spammers i guess because they want the only annoying spammer to be the bot. Its really there cuz one of the admins feels special playing with his toy.
I find its best to put him on the ignore list. i never have to read anything from it again. 
And about the topic. I always liked the web page maker that comes free with www.openoffice.org
