That's the kind where one wrestler enters the ring like every two min and they try to throw each other over the ropes?

Yes and no, you do throw eachother over the ropes, but the maximum number of people in the ring at one time is 4. Because it is for N64..But its a fun game nonetheless

I dont think any system can handle having a maximum of 30 people in the ring at once.

But i know one game for PS2 can have 6 or 8 in at once, im guessing for GC and XBOX it would be a few more because of the size of the system.

The closest you will get to a Royal Rumble experience is well.. Royal Rumble on the Dreamcast.

Since it can hold 9 people in the ring at once, it's pretty choatic, the big downside is there are only 20 characters in the game, and you see where that may create a problem for a 30 man over the top rope battle royale.

As for current systems, Cube has 4 people in the ring at once, and you can call it more "authentic" since you get one shot, no coming back, no switching characters, you either go the distance or go home, but I really don't like that in multiplayer.

I could be wrong on this, been a while since I played, but I believe SMackDown on PS2 has 6 people in the ring at once. It's a tad easier to be tossed out, but you can keep coming back in.

And I don't know the story with Xbox too much to be honest.

Question, why do you want one?
