Looks like a new ad is popping up in a current survey (not sure who is conducting it, Microsoft, LucasArts, etc.). People are being asked to review the following ad.

How in the blue hell is it already rated T for teen?! Do game dev's know something we dont? Is microsoft pulling a quickie release like Sega did with the Saturn?:eek: And a price too?! *gasp*

But a star wars game where you have to kill Jedi would be nice for once.

I dont this this is correct. The game is Rpublic Commandoes and it takes place btween the 2nd and 3rd movies. Your a special forces group fighting ON THE JEDIS SIDE in the clone wars.

The Platform is for Xbox and PC. In one of the walkthroughs he says it will come out February 2005.

maybe this is a different game all together, because it would be quite obviously a mistake if it said republic, because thats destroyed by Palpatine and the Empire. Maybe this takes place just after the third movie, where as Obi Wan Kenobi describes the Jedi are hunted down by Empire forces.

although i find it funny that they made such a big deal of being against jedi....in both Star Wars: Jedi Acadamy and Knights of the Old Republic, you can go against Jedi if your path leads you to.

I dont really think so, because they suit in the ad is the same in Republic commando, the phrase " use your squad as the ultamite weapon" is in a couple of the walk throughs, Why would they just make a clone of a game from the first xbox? Also the phrase " one touch squad system" was also in the walk throughs, and how could they be developing a game for xbox2 if halo2, fable, and kotor2 arent out yet?
