Gourmet food?

I like lots of different kinds of food. I am not usually too adventurous but once I have tried something I feel so accomplished. What do you all think about gourmet food? Have you ever tried anything that would be considered weird?

I have had snails and duck (that's the weirdest I have ever gotten)

My dad has had snake (he's in the army... at least that is the excuse he uses )

Cow Brains
Pig Tongue
Caviar is pretty weird too
Octopus
Squid
Yellowtail Heart (it's a tradition to eat the heart of the First yellow tail you catch).
Ants
Cockroach
and finally a Baby
