need help with stupid sig

for like the 5th try WHERE DO YOU UPLOAD PICTURES At To PUT THEM INTO A SIG!!!?? ive tried graffiti, GOT NOWHERE along with angelfire.com and yahoo briefcase, where do you do it at that would be easy!?


if possible id like these made down into 280x125 or 325x125

and you could just ask someone else to upload it for you...as for the pic...i resized it for you....
