How do you Like Your Steak?
Well, how do you like your steak cooked? I like mine medium. I like there to be the red, uncooked meat in the middle... Just like a centimeter thick.
So... What is it? Rare? Medium Rare? Medium? Medium Well? Well? Or anything else... I know there is a "Pittsburg" style steak where it is burnt on the outside, and not cooked on the inside... Yup.
So tell us how you like your steak to be cooked.

I like mine medium rare...when its well done its sorta like hard to chew..and stuff..and medium rare is nice and soft.

Good ol' Medium Rare. I used to do Medium Well, but I experimented one time with Medium Rare and it was alot better! So nothing beats the Medium Rare.
