For me it's this:
- Nintendo Direct on the 11th
- Seeing how M$ will try to save the XB1's reputation
Nintendo already revealed so much in the last months, that it makes you wonder what they saved for E3. We know the following is coming:
-3D Mario U
-SSB4
-Mario Kart 8
Then we still have the following previously shown games:
- TWW HD
- Yarn Yoshi
- X (Monolith's new game)
- Shin Megami Tensai X Fire Emblem
- Bayonetta 2
- Wii Fit U
- Sonic Lost World
- some multiplatform games
- some Ninty games that should have been out months ago
I bet Nintendo still has a few surprises. My guess:
- Wii Sports U
- Retro Studio's game (new IP?)
- F-Zero (maybe co-developed by Shin'en?)
- Wii/Mario Party U
- Miyamoto's new IP
Now that I look at my own list, that's actually a huge amount of Wii U games. It's almost worth buying a U just for this.
Anyway, I don't expect them to show anything more than a teaser of Zelda U. That would steal the thunder of TWWHD and 'ALttP2'.

I'm primarily looking forward to all the Nintendo Direct stuff. I will be eagerly watching their YouTube channel.
Other than that, I want to see what kind of drama will unfold surrounding the other two. I don't expect many awesome games to be shown for the new systems, other than Wii U, since it's the start of the generation.

Re: E3 2013
I'm looking forward to the Big 3's conference
While MS is on EXTREMELY shaky grounds, it does seem like they are opening the check book for games. I expect we'll see a lot of stuff there
I just hope they focus on variety. Already sad that we've had announcements of more Kinect music games (Fantasia) and shooters (Titanfalls). Which are two things I don't feel the Xbox was lacking.
Sony is always up in the air for me. They tend to show the most game. A ton of variety. But never know how to present their information well. It's such a chore to get through their events at time.
Nintendo... oh Nintendo. I honestly don't know what I expect from you these days. Really you're output is always fine for me. I need some evidence that not all 3rd parties have left you for dead. Because you don't release games often enough to be the sole contributor

Re: E3 2013
Mostly looking forward to FFXIV: A Realm Reborn and GTAV as far as games... I also want to see how Microsoft twists their issues in the press conference, and how safe Sony tries to play it on the issues.
I have no interest in anything Nintendo or EA has to show. NBA 2k14 for next Gen consoles may be interesting though.

There at the end I half expected that Sony guy to pull out the severed head of some Microsoft employee. The grin on that guys face when they brought up the used games and no connection require slide was hilarious.
