Default Why you should not rip off products

Not only is that much uglier than the GC version, it doesn't look confortable at all with that extremely fat handles.

The cool thing is you can slide out the keyboard and use just that, or use just the controller. But this is a good example of why you should not rip off other products.

I mean, my god this thing looks bad. And the shoulder buttons are where again?

If they made the sides a little smaller, it might be a little bit better for grip.

How can you use use the controller? Where's the cord coming off of the controller? Is there a plug or something?

Hmm looks strikingly similar to the GC version

It's a Logitech...........I figured that much out.............

Wow imagine next gen. Consoles will come with a keyboard, mouse, firewire port, HDD, usb port all by default. You have to purchase a Monitor separately, as they can only be viewed through VDU's and HDTV's.

The thing looks huge! (Lengthwise that is[up/down for the challenged people]). It seems like it is sooo uncomfortable. But I like that idea that you can take the keyboard out. That seems to be the only good thing about it.

Thumbs down

Imo, the whole idea of having a controller/keyboard is dumb to begin with...

I can understand it is stupid for the PS2, but for say the 'Cube, it doesn't have any USB/Firewire/whatever in it. So it needs a Controller/Keyboard combo. This idea was just odd, but it's for the money, and since it is Logitech, it will sell for no reason.

Err... Dreamcast had a keyboard that plugs right into the controller port... and it was just a keyboard... full normal nice little keyboard... no controller with a keyboard built in... why not just do that for NGC? That would work, right?

Anyways... I'm with Jin... I think the idea of a controller/keyboard is dumb... *shrugs*

And while the controller may look uncomfortable from the front view, maybe it has some good grip stuff on the back or something... or... something

No, cuz you would have to sit the controller down, pick up the keyboard to type something, sit it back down when finished, then re-pickup the controller, and vice versa. PSO is a perfect example. But I would rather have had a mic thing(like the XBox is gonna have). But something is better than nothing.

Well I only played NFL2K1 online... And I just sat the keyboard in my lap and then set the controller down to type... I mean, if you were going to use the keyboard part of that hybrid controller thing, you'd have to set it down anyways... the only difference is you wouldn't have to pick a keyboard up... but if you just had it in your lap like I did, it wouldn't be much of a problem

Well... the NGC one is kinda like PSO perfect. First off, the handles are at shoulder with, and exactly like they are in the 1st party controller. So you play normally, but have your arms straight out, not bent in like normal. I heard it's really comfy.

And in PSO, you do set down the controller a lot to type. Only problem is you can't use it for like FPS in the future.

Another thing about this thing, if the cord goes into the keyboard, how can you connect just the controllers and still have it work?
