Todays update: Links special moves! His boomerang has changed a bit: when it comes back, it "lightly pulls the foe's body". His Spin Attack can now be charged.
His grab move is once again a life-saver, this time it automatically aims at the closest ledge when you fall down.
Which made me wonder: how to do a grab move with just the Wiimote? A-button? Shaking? And if the game still uses shields (which I mostly just used for dashes), how will you use that with the Wiimote? You can't hold the A-button and dash to a side at the same time, so it can't be that button.
Something else that's nice to speculate about, is the special moves of the Pokémon Trainer.

You can actually use the wii mote.
There are four different play styles.
I've been checking the daily updates for months now. I need this game to come out so my life can have meaning.

I agree with you.
May give the others a chance but reason keeping thise Cube controllers around.
As for the PokeMon Trainer,
I think special moves will be simple
One switches in the PokeMon,
then 3 basic attack for each, assuming of course each will have a projectile
What about Pokémon Trainers final smash? A combination of the 3 Pokémon? A legendary?
I will probably play with the Wiimote+nunchuck. It should have enough buttons and I can't be bothered to plug in the Cube controller and sit closer to the TV.

Re: The official Super Smash Brosh: Brawl! thread
I was just saying yesterday how there's no way that Diddy Kong wouldn't be in this one.
At the rate they're revealing characters...they must have a lot of them.
It’s tough to know what to call Yoshi – some call him a dragon, others a dinosaur. Some people don’t know WHAT he is.But whatever you call him, Yoshi’s true power will be seen here!
He’s gotten the oft-mentioned Smash Ball!
W-wings!
He starts spewing out a jet of fire...
But you can also press the button to spit out fireballs!
It feels like, um...beauty and elegance...mixed with clumsiness. Certainly, no one’s ever seen Yoshi like this!
Being able to fly around is nice, as is giving undivided attention to his attacks. Yoshi can live as he likes, for a brief period of time.
Oh, to think it’s already over...
So... at first I was thinking Yoshi with white wings and spewing fire? That doesn't make sense... but then I remembered Super Mario World and I was happy.
