Even though women don't want big rippling muscles, they like some definition. I know my girlfriend seemed to really enjoy when I had a week of working out that gave me a bit of a sixpack.

By the way, this guy got his start doing Body For Life, which is a program that is mostly for losing weight, but can be used for gaining muscle as well.

I know this because I've seen this guy in the books my dad has of Body For Life.

Some Tone/Definition is good for women to look at (and men

) but getting overboard in those areas can lead to "ewww"
