In a press conference in Tokyo recently, Nintendo head Satoru Iwata confirmed that the next console will be titled 'Revolution', and, like the DS handheld device, promises to innovate in the field of entertainment. Rumor? The press conference in Tokyo 24th of February happened. And how to you explain numerous other sites saying that the name was confirmed to be Revolution.
Considering the name to be Revolution, the input devices having gyroscopes and other methodic peripherals pertaining to a revolution. The design of the console (the concept) also had the console being ROUND and referring to Revolution.
I think it's named Revolution.... oh well, we'll see at E3.
I hope it doesn't end up being Revolution. If it is I want it to be red with a star as the logo. Change the name and use revolution slogans in commercials and such. Or they could pull a DS and change the name and then change it back to the developing name... But there's nothing official as to what the final name really is.
