And like everybody else, I didn't get the first one. It probably says "leeches are for mietjes", but I have no idea what mietjes means.

Hm the first pic isn't what it was supposed to be. It should be the first of the 3 'movies'. I'll try to find another host, since this one won't let me link it.

It's not an actual part of what Angrist wanted you to see. It's saying 'leeches are wussies' or something along those lines because Angrist was trying to remote link to the file. Much like what happens when you try to remote link an image with GeoCities or Angelfire.
