This is very very very important!.........Does anyone know exactly or roughly when kingdom hearts 2 is coming out. I've been waiting for what seems like forever, and I was told by a somewhat reliable source that it was going to be released for christmas 2004. Those dirty rotten liers lied to me. Then not to long ago I saw a stupid comercial for kingdon hearts: chain of memories, so now basically what they're telling me is I have to go buy a gameboy advance to play their stupid gameboy game, and on top of that, wait 'til god knows when for kingdom hearts 2. Is this true? Oh please someone tell me it isn't true.

IGN says Spring 2005. In the meantime, you can play Pokemon Leaf Green to occupy yourself.

Noooooo, I have to wait that long? Not fair. It's been out in Japan for like 2 years. Great now i have to buy the stupid gameboy to occupy myself so i don't go insane. Well, I'd be glad to take any other worthwhile game suggestions, excluding pokemon and war games, because like I said, worthwhile suggestions.

Import the Japanese edition. If you really care about Kingdom Hearts 2, you'd take the time to learn Japanese so you could purchase and enjoy the first available copy of the game.

In the meantime, you can occupy yourself with the Sims 2. Maybe DeathsHand will give you his copy. He practically bent over backwards to buy that game and 2 days later he never said another word about it. Now all he talks about is World of WarCraft. "WoW this, Wow that, blah, blah, blah..." If I were his Sims, I'd feel betrayed and hurt.

1. It isn't out in Japan.

2. It won't be out in North America until Fall 2005.

Great, you just had to ruin my day didn't you. You couldn't just leave well enough alone. But i'm somewhat confuzzled. Gamemaster says it'll be out spring 2005, and Darkmaster says fall 2005. Whom should I believe, you're both masters. But then again, Gamemaster did have substantial website evidence. And Darkmaster only has the validity of his name. Well, unless Darkmaster can come up with some evidence as well, or if anyone else would like to join in on the fun, I'm gonna have to go with the latter choice, 'cause then it's not as bad.

I've been waiting for this game FOREVER. I completely wore out the first one, as I've done everything there is to be done (except get the ultimate weapons). It was the first game I actually bothered to try to collect everything, even the dalmations, meaning I got to see the secret preview for part 2 at the end...

I'm going to have to agree with Darkmaster on the release date, however, because I checked gamefaqs and they have the American release date set for 09/14/05, and the Japanese release date isn't even announced yet.

This game has been in the making for a very very long time...and if we look on the bright side we will realize that this means it will probably be all the better for it.

If you have the money, I would recommend getting a GBA SP (or a Nintendo DS...it plays GBA games), and then buying Chain of Memories. It's getting awesome reviews at Gamefaqs right now, and I'll probably be getting it myself soon.

Or you could just try to get into some other games. There are plenty of other good ones out there.

Or, have you collected everything there is to get in KH? You can occupy your time trying to get all the weapons.

a ton of people are looking forward to KH2...but there are plenty of great games in the PS2 library to enjoy in the meantime.

The reason its taking so long to finish is because Nomura (the director) has like 6 projects going on right now (he just finished CoM, still working on Advent Children, Before Crisis, Dirge of Cerberus, and some other stuff).

So we're just gonna have to be patient.

Grrrrrr. Well, if I must wait, I must. Too bad I completely played Kingdom Hearts to death. I got everything there possibly was to get, and then I did it again. Two more times in fact. So I'm afraid I'll have to buy the GBA, those dirty rotten market researchers, they planned this whole thing didn't they. Oh well I guess it isn't as bad as I'm making it out to be. I've waited a year already, so what's one more. Oh, and thanks for all your suggestions, maybe I will go bug Deathshand for his Sims 2 game.
