Re: Fable Box Art
Not too bad, but for a game like Fable, it could've been a little darker.

Pretty cool, though I am not fond of the orange.

Re: Fable Box Art
Yeah it looks pretty kiddy... I was expecting something darker and perhaps greener...

Re: Fable Box Art
I love it. This cover is all about "less is more". it is simple, too the point, and perfectly conveys the theme of the game while creating curiosity as well.
Great job by BBB.
BTW, anyone have a release date yet?

Re: Fable Box Art
Sometime in 2004.
Believe me, when it gets the M rating, it'll look a lot less kiddy.

Re: Fable Box Art
It's a shame that Xbox cover art always has to have the ugly green on it...It really can ruin it.

I agree. I don't think it looks "kiddy" at all (although I do find it refreshing for that word being used in reference to something other than a Nintendo game).
Just because its not a Pokemon or Teletubbies game doesn't mean it has to have a cover that virtually shouts, "I AM A MATURE GAME!"
*shrugs and walks away*

Re: Fable Box Art
That cover looks sweet... I'm kinda glad it isn't coming out too soon, I've been spending many hours playing Morrowind, and I think that game may kill Morrowind off. Still can't wait though.

Re: Fable Box Art
Well, that's what's official. If I had to guess, I'd say it'll get a feburary release date, get pushed to april, and then to early june and it will be released in late june.
