Aya Brea: The main character from Parasite Eve 1 & 2. She's a police officer investigating freak happenings where people's mitochondria (which powers your cells) starts leaving people's bodies.

Clank: Robot sidekick of Ratchet from Ratchet and Clank.

If Aya doesn't tear up the competition against anyone but the "big" characters (Err, one of the forms of Mario, I guess), then there's something a bit wrong with GT, methinks.
