I brush my teeth regulary. I floss. I use mouthwash from time to time. I don't smoke. But I drink coffee (cappucino, latte's etc.) and tea...so that might be it. Also, I've never had a cavitie...I dunno, I guess my teeth just have a yellow tint to them...

I've heard of that one...but I've never used it...
I use the toothpaste that tastes the best ...and for me, it's Colgate Total...
