Default Screw Halo... This looks better

At least to me...

A co-op based game with 4 unique different characters that have their own tactics. Also the game adds new feautres when you connect to live with it. It has been delayed for over 9 months so it has potential.

If I had live and a X-Box... I would be sold.

I don't know what they have done to this game but it just does not look as good as it did before!!!! Yet I can't work out why.

Because they increased draw distance, and gave up some of the effects, and enviroment bump-mapping to create bigger enviroments which in place would create more verstile, and improved gameplay.

Also don't forget Anvil Digital is cooperating with Bungie on this game. This is supposed to be the next killer ap of the X-Box.

This game has been delayed so many times it's not even funny.

I still may buy the game though, but my interest has definitely dropped.

You could have at least put the title somewhere.

Yeah, Brute Force looks great. And working with Bungie? That sounds like a good deal.

Um, Brute force isn't a FPS- it's a third-person tactical Shooter like SOCOM; why are you comparing it to Halo?

Plus, there are many games on Xbox/GCN that look better than Halo; so what's the point?

This is a game I'm looking forward too though; too bad the realtime graphics look nothing like the Cutscene CGI's they were once promoting on IGN...

Crack kills folks.

There may be a few Xbox games that look better than halo (PDO, Splinter Cell) but nothing on the cube can match it.

And yeah, this game isn't an FPS at all. Comparing it to halo is like comparing mario kart to a nascar game because you drive in both. Completly different concepts.

That's a matter of opinion about graphics.

I thought Metroid graphically was better looking than Halo. Much smoother framerate too. Presentation wise it's probably one of the most superbly layed out games I've seen. The Map, the interface. Owned

Completly agree. Metroid Prime was phenomenual.

If you were placed in any room in Metroid without knowing what it was... you could understand were you were in a few seconds since everything was greatly detailed and diverse.

In Halo if you were placed in a random room you wouldn't know were the hell you were. Anybody remeber The Lybirary, or Assault on Control room??? It was like going round in circles.

IMO the biggest acheivement of graphics/art direction on the X-Box was Jet Set Radio Future. But most people seems to disagree with me.

I say Halo is better than anything out on Cube to date, but I don't think it looks better.

From a technical standpoint, many Cube games look better, and from a realistic standpoint a couple look better too, but I understand Halo's sacrifice because you won't see as many things going on at once on a screen of any GCN game as you could see on Halo.

As for this topic game, I don't know anything about it, so I won't even put it in the same leauge as Halo. It's like if sombody say some early pics of J&D and off the bat said it's better than Zelda... just ain't workin for me
