You're telling me to preorder a game I know nothing about?

At least tell us the premise of the game

Otogi is a super bad ass mega hyper cool action game. Its kind of hard to describe... sort of Devil May Cry meets Shinobi meets Gun Valkyrie but about 100x better looking and playing. You get these large, oft-goreogous-looking, medival-Japan themed levels, and are basically allowed to break everything. The "hook" the game's developer, From (Lost Kingdoms, Armored Core), promoted was the fact that the entire levels are completely interactive, meaning you can smash them to bits. Its kind of hard to describe, but once you play it , or at least see it, it'll make sense. I think IGNisder had a story not too long ago that consisted of them lementing over why it wasn't coming here (at the time).

Gameplay is sort of like Gun Valkyrie but much easier: stringing attacks together gives you lift and you dash and float around. Weapons are all melee based and traditional Japanese-y (swords, spears even a hammer etc.) and you have different types of magic. Levels are a mix of objectives, exploration, and action. The game also sports some rote RPG elements (gain levels, magic, exp to be used on new weapons and armor etc.).

If that all sounds confusing, and I'm pretty sure it is, think of it as the Xbox's answer to all of Capcom's action-y survival horror stuff (the game has drawn comparissons to Devil May Cry and Onimusha) but more free-form, better-looking, and in full 3-D.
