I know acclaim is going through money troubles and it would really suck if this is the start of putting a nail in the coffin. After all Acclaim has delivered some good games over the years, however, in this generation it seems as though they are just rushing the games out, trying to make a quick easy buck.

If they had taken time out to do quality game(s) ( they have the talent), then I'm sure this would not be happening to them right now.

Now does anyone have anything to add, other than a smiley?

Maybe Dave Mirra should have looked into the game a little more before agreeing. You know, instead of having people do everything for him maybe Dave should do himself for once (he does do his own bike tricks but thats it

). I hope it hurts his reputation a little. I think sueing afterwards instead checking the game out before makes him look kind of like a loser.

Its not that he's just seen the game and doesn't like it. he already told Acclaim to cut off all ties between him and BMX XXX. They didn't, so now he's suing them.
