I dont mean to much, like it would be if you smoked or something.

Gaming in general isn't an addiction for me, just certain games (i.e. gekko and Phantasy Star Online).
I think the internet is addictive though.

Animal Crossing has become one for me...I'm done to like 17,000 bells or something before I pay off for the addition to my house. Finding 30,000 in the ground helped a bunch...The only thing that pisses me off is that I can't make progress from 10 P.M-9.AM...I'm usually up until about 3 during vacation and I can't sell stuff to Nook when I really want to. *waits for tommorow morning*

Not really... there have been certain things that I just play and play and play (The Sims, for example... I played that way too much when I first got it)... But overall when I play a lot, it's because I have nothing better to do... Give me something better to do and I'll cut back on the gaming
Hell, even sometimes when I'm bored I don't play games... *shrugs*
So no...

Well hell yes. I think it is for anyone who ever picked up at least one good RPG. Sometimes I get headaches when I'm not playing video games... maybe I've got a physical addiction.

I was addicted up till 2002 but i kind wore of at moment as i mostly play on the weekends because of my schedule..
i would say i've spent more time online then i do playing games over the past few months.
That might change if i get Dynasty Warriors 4 out in March..

No. Because I've proofed that I can live weeks without gaming.
Like GM said, some games are very addicting, but after you've beated it, the addiction is over.

I do not think gaming is addictive for me. I play videogames during my free time. But, I do have a lot of free time during the week. When I get home from school, I usually do my homework, work out, and then do whatever I want for the rest of the night.
Sometimes I play SOCOM online for like 2 hours straight, and my mom says that "I will become a video game." That makes NO sense at all, lol.
So ya, video games aren't addictive for me because a) I play when I have nothing better to do, and all my school work is done, b) I turn it off when I have played too long, my eyes are hurting, or I just feel tired.

Ya, but when you have a game like SOCOM, which is online, the game never ends!
