wow....this forum is dead...
instead of discussing the game in any way shape or form, people are just like "I'm going to rent it"
at least darkmaster threw in a 'motha fuka'

I wonder if it will be the return of the repetitive gameplay with little or no replay value and a difficulty level that has only two options: too easy and too hard

actually, there were 4 difficulty levels: easy, normal (if that counts), hard, and Dante must die. and there was reply value, the ability to play as Sparda and to use all your weapons and power ups right from the start of the game. and you could unlock a secret mode were Dante had unlimited devil power. also the gameplay was awesome, perhaps you just didnt have enough skill to make it interesting enough?

hmm... well I played it on "Normal" and got stuck a couple hours into the game... then played it on easy-automatic and beat it in like 7 hours...
And didn't really feel like playing it again... even if I unlocked crap...

I'll rent it like a muth ****a... The reason for that is because the game is around 3-5 hours of gameplay.
That's the same reason I never buy RE games.

Hmm... that's weird. I've been playing Resident Evil (GC) for over 10 hours and I'm still not playing the 2nd disc... perhaps I'm just slow or something.
